Alex Campos

Alex Campos has held various roles in different companies throughout their work experience. Alex started their career as an Information Technology Intern at Fundação Educacional de Barretos - FEB in 2001. Alex then worked at JBS as an IT Technician and later as an Engineering Assistant. Alex also worked at Marfrig Group, where they served as an Information Technology Supervisor, Senior Engineering Project Manager, and as an Executive Trainee in the Matrix Energy department.

Alex later joined Michael Page as a Headhunter and Recruitment Consultant, specializing in IT staffing. Alex then moved on to VIP Optic as a Sales Consultant, and Your Independent Grocer as an Instructor, focusing on customer service and training. Alex worked at Pristine Labour as a Facilities Manager, gaining experience in international construction areas. With TECSEG Extintores e EPI'S, they worked as an Engineering Consultant, responsible for technical inspections and validations in various facilities.

At Wyser, Alex served as the Head of Technology, Solution & Recruitment Division Manager, Division Manager for Information Technology Recruitment, and as a Principal HeadHunter, focusing on technology recruitment across Latin America. Currently, they are the Head of Executive Search & Solution Design at The Bridge Social, a position they have held since 2023.

Alex Campos completed their education starting in 2000, when they obtained a High School Diploma in Advanced specialization with a focus on I.T. Management and infrastructure from Centro Universitário da Fundação Educacional de Barretos. From 2004 to 2010, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on energy systems from the same institution. In 2014, Alex attended the Canadian as a Second Language Institute and completed an Intensive English Language course. That same year, they also started pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in International Business Foundations at SELC Career College Canada. Additionally, Alex has obtained various certifications throughout their educational journey, including Business Foundations 200 from SELC Education Group, Intensive English from CSLI Canadian as a Second Language Institute, and a Student Business Microsoft Certification in Network Administration from the Microsoft Innovation Center in 2009.
