Indu Pereira

Indu Pereira is a Consultant at The Bridgespan Group, specializing in advising nonprofits, NGOs, philanthropists, and investors on social impact initiatives, particularly in addressing economic and social barriers. Prior to this role, Indu held positions at Accenture as a Senior Associate Consultant and Strategy Analyst, focusing on health and public service, sustainability, and enterprise value. Indu co-founded and facilitated an academic course at UC Berkeley centered on free speech and civil rights, and gained diverse experience as a Compliance Summer Analyst at Barclays and as a Research Intern at the UC Berkeley Center for Latin American Studies. With a background in counseling self-represented litigants at the San Francisco District Attorney's Office and working as a Teaching Fellow at Breakthrough Silicon Valley, Indu has accumulated extensive service hours through various positions. Indu holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in Music from the University of California, Berkeley.
