Rachel Dickens

Rachel Dickens is the Senior Director, Knowledge Strategy & Operations for The Bridgespan Group’s Knowledge unit, based in the Boston office. She leads key strategic initiatives, including portfolio management and multiyear vision for research and publishing, as well as operations and budgeting for the business unit. Prior to taking on this role, Rachel was an advisory manager, collaborating with philanthropic and nonprofit organizations in a number of sectors, including early childhood development, education, and social justice.

Prior to joining Bridgespan, Rachel worked at Wellspring Consulting, where she advised nonprofits on strategic planning and growth strategy. Previously, she served as a Program Specialist at the USDA Food and Nutrition Service in the Western Region, where she managed Federal food assistance programs in California and advised State agencies on program policy and implementation.

Rachel holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BA in French from Yale College.
