James Lancett

James Lancett is a skilled story artist and illustrator with extensive experience in the animation industry. Currently employed at Daily Madness Productions since September 2021, James specializes in storyboarding for the pre-school animated series "Cuquin." As a freelance illustrator represented by The Bright Agency since July 2017, James focuses on children's book illustrations. Previous roles include character designer at BBC Studios for unannounced projects, story artist at Netflix for the animated series "Deadend: Paranormal Park," and animation director/story artist for a cinematic dream sequence in "Dora & The Lost City Of Gold" at BLINK INDUSTRIES. James also possesses significant experience as creator, writer, director, and story artist for projects at Nickelodeon and Disney Television Animation. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Illustration & Animation from Kingston University.
