Yvonne Spotts

Yvonne Spotts is an experienced professional in community relations and restaurant management, currently serving as the Community Relations Coordinator at The Bristal Assisted Living since November 2022. Prior to this role, Yvonne held various management positions at Chopt Creative Salad Company from August 2017 to November 2022, including General Manager and AGM. Yvonne's experience also includes nearly 12 years at California Pizza Kitchen, where roles ranged from General Manager to Assistant General Manager and Marketing Manager. Earlier career experience includes serving as Retail Operations Manager at ARAMARK and food service roles at Penn State Hospitality Services. Yvonne holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Penn State University, where studies were completed between 1997 and 2001, and is a graduate of Philipsburg Osceola Area High School.
