Elicia Santos has over 19 years of work experience in the field of data architecture and analysis. Elicia has worked for various companies and held roles such as Senior Data Architect, Data Scientist, Data Architect, Sr. Data Modeler, and IT SME II.

In their most recent role at The Brite Group Incorporated, Elicia served as a Senior Data Architect and was responsible for performing current state assessments of the Metadata Registry for the U.S. Census Bureau at the enterprise-level.

Prior to that, they worked as a Data Scientist at Leidos, where they were responsible for data analysis and modeling.

Elicia also worked as a Data Architect at Kforce Inc, where they performed program assessments of enterprise data models and engineering assessments for the U.S. Census specific applications in preparation for the 2020 Decennial Census.

Elicia has a strong background in data architecture, data modeling, and data analysis, and has worked on projects for clients in various industries, including the U.S. Census Bureau, FDA, Fannie Mae, SEC, and Washington Gas.
