Tim Naylor

Tim joined the BHA permanently as Head of Regulation in March 2017, having previously held that position on an interim basis. Prior to that he was a Barrister at QEB Hollis Whiteman Chambers in London, where he was instructed by the BHA on a number of Disciplinary Panel and Licensing Committee cases from 2013 onwards.

Tim is responsible for managing the BHA’s integrity, disciplinary and compliance functions with oversight of licensing, monitoring and investigations as well as the case management of matters which go before the independent Judicial Panel.
