Nuzrath Shazia Ihthisam

Nuzrath Shazia Ihthisam is an experienced educator currently serving as a Senior School English Teacher and Head of Year for Year 8 at The British School In Colombo since June 2022. Prior to this role, Nuzrath held positions as a Class Teacher and English Language and Literature Teacher at Ilma International Girls' School from January 2020 to September 2022, and worked as an Accounts Assistant at First Global Academy from January 2008 to January 2009. Nuzrath's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in English and Teaching English for Speakers of Other Languages from Coventry University, along with several diplomas and certificates in education and psychology from various institutions, including OTHM, British Council Partner School UK, Pearson Edexcel Qualifications, and Yale University.
