Bringing over 15 years of technology staffing experience, Simon leads the Brixton team in the Carolinas. Prior to joining Brixton, Simon led a national accounts team for a staffing firm, oversaw sales and recruiting teams for a data and analytics solutions company, managed large accounts for an IT consultancy and worked as an account executive and then account manager for a boutique staffing firm.

He attained an academic and tennis scholarship to Monmouth University in New Jersey where he received his BS and MBA and was captain of the Men’s Tennis team.
