Jenny Barajas

Jenny Barajas is a law graduate currently working in the Immigration Practice at The Bronx Defenders since September 2021. Previously, Jenny served as a Clinical Intern at the Cardozo Criminal Defense Clinic and contributed as a Staff Editor for the Cardozo Moot Court Honor Society while also holding a role as a Summer Legal Intern at The Bronx Defenders in 2020. Jenny's early legal experience includes a position as a Legal Clinic Intern at the Innocence Project and a Mediation/Loss Mitigation Paralegal at RAS Boriskin. Additionally, Jenny gained media experience as a Production Assistant and Intern at WBAI, along with coordinating intercambio programs during time at New York University-Madrid. Jenny earned a Juris Doctor from the Cardozo School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from New York University.
