Lee Pierce (he/him/his) graduated cum laude from Lewis & Clark Law School. During law school, he interned for the Office of the Federal Public Defender in Portland, Oregon, as well as the Clackamas Indigent Defense Corporation, and externed for the Metropolitan Public Defender in Portland as a Certified Law Student, where he tried misdemeanor cases. Upon graduation, Lee worked as a public defender for the Montana Office of the State Public Defender. Prior to law school, Lee worked for the Supreme Court of the United States, where he served as the Aide to Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oregon.
