Teshome Haile

Teshome Haile is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at IRC since August 2023. Teshome also holds the position of Senior Business Development Manager at Brooke Ethiopia, starting in January 2021, where responsibilities include donor mapping, proposal development, relationship building with potential donors, and ensuring compliance with donor requirements. Additionally, Teshome has been with Save the Children International since September 2012, initially as a Field Office Program and Operations Manager, and later managing a Comprehensive Sexuality Project and an Emergency Nutrition Project. Teshome's previous experience includes serving as a Program Officer at Pact Ethiopia and as a Health, Nutrition, and HIV/AIDS Project Manager at Save the Children UK from 2009 to December 2012. Teshome holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Unity University College, obtained from January 2005 to December 2009.
