Carlos Enrique Rivera, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist currently employed at the New England Center for OCD and Anxiety since February 2019, while also serving as a Clinical Psychology Postdoctoral Fellow at The Brookline Center for Community Mental Health since August 2018. Rivera has extensive experience in various roles, including as a Therapeutic Mentor and Bilingual Intensive Care Coordinator at Eliot Community Human Services since October 2012, and as a Community Residence Counselor at McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School's Child OCD Institute from June 2015 to August 2018. Additionally, Rivera held positions as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Suffolk University and a School Psychology Intern with Newton Public Schools. Education credentials include a Ph.D. and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Suffolk University, as well as a B.S. in Psychology from The University of Georgia.
