Breton Kitchen is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in banquet production and kitchen management. Currently serving as Banquet Chef at The Brown Hotel since April 2018, Breton has previously held significant roles, including Executive Steward at La Playa Beach and Golf Resort and Galt House Hotel & Suites, where responsibilities encompassed staff management, quality control, and menu development. With a strong background in elevating kitchen health inspections to top grades and managing large-scale banquet operations, Breton has demonstrated expertise in overseeing food and beverage outlets, budget development, and fostering guest relations through multiple taste panels. Education includes studies at Baruch College and the University of Miami Herbert Business School.

The Brown, an historic Four Diamond, AAA hotel in downtown Louisville features classic English Renaissance architecture.
