Justin Jones is an experienced culinary professional with a career spanning over a decade in various esteemed establishments. Currently serving as Chef De Cuisine at The Brown Hotel since July 2017, Justin has been instrumental in creating innovative menu ideas, leading kitchen staff, and fostering a positive work environment. Additional roles include Sous Chef at The Brown Hotel, Pizza Maker at Grassa Gramma, and Sautee Cook at Galt House Hotel and Hiko - A - Mon. Justin's culinary journey began with a foundational education at Lincoln Tech from 2012 to 2013.
The Brown Hotel
The Brown, an historic Four Diamond, AAA hotel in downtown Louisville features classic English Renaissance architecture. The opulent two-story lobby has a hand-painted, coffered ceiling, Bottocino marble flooring, finely carved mahogany furnishings and Palladian-style windows. The Georgian-Revival style exterior is trimmed in stone and terra cotta.
