Roy Opata Olende

Roy Opata Olende is an experienced UX researcher, currently serving as Lead UX Researcher at The Browser Company since September 2024. Prior to this role, Roy led the User Experience Research team at Zapier from January 2020 to September 2024, where significant contributions included launching a research operations practice. Roy also held key positions at Buffer from September 2015 to December 2019, enhancing product decision-making processes through strategic customer insights. Previous experience includes roles as Service Designer at GREEN MANGO Solutions, National Director of Red Frogs Support Network in Canada, Campus & Young Adults Director at Central Community Church - Niagara, and Account Manager at IPS Worldwide. Roy holds a Master of Commerce in Organization & Management from UNSW and a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Brock University.
