Chad Downs

Chad Downs is a highly experienced Senior SIGINT Operations Analyst currently at The Buffalo Group since July 2020, with a previous tenure at CACI International Inc from October 2016 to June 2020 in a similar role. Chad has extensive military background, serving in various capacities in the US Army from November 1995 to November 2014, including NSA/CSS Representative to the Joint Staff and Platoon Sergeant, along with roles in training and technical analysis within signals intelligence. Educationally, Chad holds an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Keiser University-Sarasota.
