Sarah Taglianetti (She/Her)

Sarah Taglianetti is passionate about creating positive change and memorable experiences. From supporting the Board of Directors at the world’s largest Hedge Fund to building out Training and Development for a rapidly growing Supply Chain company, Sarah has always focused on helping and developing others. Throughout her professional experiences, Sarah sustained a passion for Customer Service and a little bit of Magic (which she may or may not have picked up on from her time interning at Disney’s Epcot Theme Park!). Sarah is now excited to bring that focus and passion to the nonprofit sector by joining the Build Up team.

At Build Up, Sarah is responsible for managing community and learning across the Build Up team, helping to build and maintain client and internal relationships and organizing and streamlining processes that connect to community and learning.

When she’s not working, Sarah loves spending time with her husband Tom, newborn baby TJ, and dog baby Obi. You can often find the four of them spending time with family, enjoying the sun, traveling, and camping. Sarah loves taking long walks during her downtime, listening to music and investigative podcasts, or cuddling up on the couch to watch a Disney movie with her family. Sarah graduated from Sacred Heart University with a BA in Sociology. She was a SHU’s Theatre Arts Program member performing in shows like Little Shop of Horrors, Spring Awakening and Chicago.
