Luther Kernodle, Jr. has over four decades of experience in the building materials and truss design industry. Currently serving as Truss Sales for the Mebane Truss Plant at The Building Center, Inc. since August 2011, Luther specializes in the design and sales of roof truss systems, ensuring precise calculations for new homes and remodeling projects. Previous roles include extensive outside and inside sales positions at Shoffner Industries and UFP, along with preliminary truss design experience. Early career development included various sales and managerial roles at Mebane Lumber & Hardware. Luther's educational background comprises degrees in Plan Reading and Building Construction from both Chicago Technical College and Alamance Community College, enhancing expertise in mechanical and architectural drafting.
