Luca van Brandenburg

Luca van Brandenburg is an experienced project manager currently working at The Building Intelligence Group since December 2021, specializing in independent project management and advisory services within New Zealand. Prior experience includes roles as a property consultant at Align Limited and property advisor at APL Property Limited, alongside various positions from project manager to graphic designer at Van Brandenburg. Additional experience encompasses communications coordination at Proctor and Matthews Architects, business development in film and TV locations at Fidens, and residential property acquisition at Care Management Group Ltd. Luca holds a Diploma in Construction Management from Unitec and has completed postgraduate studies in Valuation at Massey University, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics from the University of Otago.
