Matthew Freeman

Matthew Freeman is an experienced project director and management consultant with a focus on the construction industry. Currently serving as Project Director and Area Lead at The Building Intelligence Group since October 2022, Matthew is leading initiatives in the Queenstown and Central Otago region. Matthew has been running Freeman Training and Consulting since January 2012, providing consultancy services to various prominent organizations, including Meridian Energy and Christchurch City Council. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Southbase Construction, Project Manager positions at Skyline Enterprises and Peak Projects International Ltd, and various consulting roles in management and NEC training. Matthew holds an MSc in Construction Project Management from the University of the West of England and a Master of Physics from the University of Bath.
