Derek Walter

Derek Walter is the VP of Content at The Bulleit Group. Derek has extensive experience in the content strategy field, having worked as a content strategist at Google from September 2017 to October 2021, and before that, as a freelance contributor for CMSWire from September 2015 to September 2017. Derek also has experience in teaching, having served as an adjunct professor at the University of Phoenix from February 2009 to December 2016, and as a teacher at Clovis Unified School District from August 2002 to August 2014.

Derek Walter has a M.A in Education and Human Development and Educational Technology from The George Washington University and a B.A in Media, Communications and Journalism from California State University, Fresno.

Derek Walter reports to Kyle Arteaga, Founder & Managing Director. They work with Ian Martorana - Vice President, Paul Day - Vice President, and Leslie Green - SVP.
