Jesse Castiel

Engagement Manager, Strategy & Operations at The Burnie Group

Jesse has worked predominantly with financial services and software companies during his time as a consultant at Burnie Group. He specializes in creating tangible impact for clients through developing corporate-level strategies and supporting the execution of high-priority initiatives and operational improvements.

Prior to joining Burnie Group, Jesse worked at Bell Canada where he was a part of their Graduate Leadership Program. This rotational program allowed him to gain a range of experience through taking on roles such as Strategy Specialist and Operations Manager.

Jesse’s consulting experience includes designing target operating models, supporting post-merger integrations, and developing corporate strategies.

Jesse earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, where he graduated on the Dean’s List. He earned his Bachelor of Commerce in Finance at McGill University.
