In addition, Jan holds roles as an Excellence Practitioner at The Business Excellence Institute and a European Excellence Award Assessor for EFQM, conducting assessments across Europe, the Near East, China, and Mexico. A former Director at Carl Zeiss SMT GmbH, Jan's prior positions include leading strategic initiatives in mask manufacturing and technical infrastructure at Advanced Mask Technology Center and DESY, respectively.
