Ana G.

Ana G. has a diverse work experience spanning various sectors. Ana began their career as a Communications Intern at UNDP in 2005. Ana then joined the UK Ministry of Defence, where they worked as a Civil Service Fast Streamer and later as a Capability Strategy Officer and Sustainable Development Officer. In 2010, Ana joined WYG International, where they held several roles, including Senior Consultant for Private Sector Development and Regional Economic Development Consultant. Ana worked on projects related to business support infrastructure, capacity building, and regional economic development in the Western Balkans. In 2017, Ana joined Nathan, a Cadmus Company, where they served as the Grant Fund Lead for Girls' Education Challenge, overseeing procurement and contracting for a global grant fund. Ana also worked at The Cadmus Group, initially as a Principal Consultant and later as the Operations and Compliance Lead. In this role, they managed various functions including ethics and compliance, risk, human resources, and procurement. Overall, Ana G. has extensive experience in operations, compliance, project management, and international development.

Ana G. has a diverse education history. Ana obtained a Master's Degree in MSc International Business Administration from the Centre for Financial and Management Studies, SOAS in the years 2014-2017. Prior to that, they received a Cambridge Esol Level 5* Certificate in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from the University of Cambridge in 2010. In 2008, Ana earned a PRINCE 2 Foundation and Practitioner certification from the Project Management Association. Ana also holds a BA degree in English and French from the University of Warwick, which they completed between 2002-2006. Ana has obtained various additional certifications, including Certified Practitioner Int.Dip(AML) from the International Compliance Association in 2023, PRINCE2 from APMG-International in 2009, and ICA Associate Membership from the International Compliance Association in October 2022.
