Farrah Andersen

Farrah Andersen serves as Principal at The Cadmus Group, leading the Sustainability and Energy team while overseeing business development, strategy, and staff management. With a focus on developing strategy and policy solutions for various sustainability challenges, Andersen supports state and local governments, businesses, and nonprofits. Prior experience includes a role as a Summer Associate in Innovation Consulting at Booz Allen Hamilton, where in-depth research on food waste and toolkit creation for schools were key contributions. Additionally, Andersen was Chief of Staff and Liaison in Community Affairs and Corporate Social Responsibility at Bank of the West, managing project activities for the department. Andersen holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a BA in Political Economy with a minor in Global Poverty & Practice from the University of California, Berkeley.
