Jaime Capron has developed a robust career in international development and humanitarian assistance, currently serving as an Associate at The Cadmus Group since June 2018, where responsibilities include program management for the USAID PROSE Activity aimed at enhancing disaster management and climate resilience in the Eastern and Southern Caribbean. Previously, Jaime held several roles at the Joint Initiative for Humanitarian Assistance Packaging Waste Management, focusing on sustainable environmental practices in humanitarian efforts. Other experiences include positions as a Program Assistant Intern at the Community Research and Development Organization, providing support for donor reports and project proposals, and various internships with the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. House of Representatives. Jaime holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland and a certificate in Kiswahili from the University of Florida.
