Marcus Leary

Marcus Leary serves as a Proposal Manager with The Cadmus Group, contributing to the Energy Services Business Development team since May 2021. Prior to this role, Marcus spent nearly a decade at Nexant, where responsibilities included managing a proposal team, writing and coordinating extensive proposals, and implementing tracking systems using Salesforce.com. Additional experience encompasses marketing management positions at Array Healthcare Facilities Solutions, EwingCole, and Progressive Business Publications, where tasks ranged from proposal production to conducting market research. Marcus began a career in marketing as an Assistant to the Director of Marketing at AirClic and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Penn State University.
