Nicklas Terkanian

Nicklas Terkanian is an experienced Agile Delivery Manager currently with The Cadmus Group, overseeing a team of approximately 20 professionals in a SAFe Agile environment for Bank of America / Merrill Lynch since October 2024. Prior to this role, Nicklas served as the Cadmus (formerly Ventera) Team Delivery Manager at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from May 2019 to October 2024 and as Agile Delivery Manager at Ventera from May 2019 until its acquisition. Nicklas has a strong background in program and project management, having worked at CSC as Program Manager for Project Everest and held various roles at DLL, Fiserv Lending Solutions, and Automated Financial Systems. Nicklas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Villanova University.
