Othman Refai

Othman Refai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and financial analysis, currently serving as a Senior Associate at The Cadmus Group since September 2022. Previously, Othman held positions at Battelle, including Program Manager for Battelle's Global Health initiative with USAID and other major donors, as well as Senior Financial Analyst for the National Security Business Unit, overseeing a business valued at over $300 million. Othman also served as Finance Director for the Critical Care Decontamination System (CCDS) Program at Battelle. Before joining Battelle, Othman worked as Operations Manager and Chief of Party at Amec Foster Wheeler, managing a $25.5 million USAID project, and served as a Management Associate at Refai International Group. Othman's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder, and a Master of Science in International Business from the University of Colorado Denver.
