Peter E. Shanaghan

Peter Shanaghan is a Principal Consultant at The Cadmus Group since February 2021, following a distinguished 35-year career with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) in the national drinking water program. During tenure at USEPA, notable achievements include receiving the Distinguished Career Service Award and contributions to key legislative initiatives such as the Safe Drinking Water Act Reauthorization and the implementation of various funding and assessment programs. Peter holds a Master of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Providence College, along with additional education from the Harvard Kennedy School.
