Ryan Hughes

Ryan Hughes, a senior associate at Cadmus, has over 12 years of experience in the energy efficiency industry. Before joining Cadmus, Ryan worked at Eaton Corporation as the Boulder Office Energy Team Leader/Senior Engineer. Ryan's responsibilities included managing a staff of 4-6 engineers and project managers, as well as mentoring junior engineers through project processes. Prior to Eaton, Ryan worked at Architectural Energy Corporation and Beaudin Ganze Consulting Engineers where Ryan gained experience in retro-commissioning projects and mechanical systems design engineering. Ryan holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
