Yasmine Djellal

Yasmine Djellal has a diverse work experience in communications and marketing. Yasmine is currently working as the Director of Marketing and Communications at The Cadmus Group since June 2023. Before that, they worked as the Director of Communications at Nathan Associates starting from May 2022. Prior to that, they had multiple roles at the World Bank Group, including Senior Communications Officer, Special Assignment for the World Bank Group Anti-racism Task Force, Online Communications Officer for The Gender Group, Education Global Practice, and Trade & Competitiveness Global Practice. Yasmine also founded and served as the Managing Director of Groupe Athena | Communications & Public Relations, where they supported bottom-up development ideas. Additionally, they worked as the Head of Marketing and Communications at Juwö Poroton Werke Ernst Jungk und Sohn GmbH. Yasmine has also held roles as a Communications Associate at Connect4Climate within the World Bank Group, a Communications Consultant for the Governance Global Practice, an Event & Communications Coordinator for the World Bank Institute Innovation Labs, and a Junior Professional Associate in External Affairs at the Global Environment Facility. Yasmine has also served as the Communications Chair for the World Bank Youth2Youth Steering Committee. Yasmine began their career as an intern at B&K Strategic Intelligence.

Yasmine Djellal has a Master's degree in International Studies and Diplomacy from SOAS University of London (2014-2015). Yasmine also holds a degree in Political Journalism and Broadcast Media from Georgetown University (2009-2012), and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from American University (2005-2009). In addition, they attended Sciences Po for International Relations in 2007-2008.
