Carina Deleon

As Director of Financial Reporting, Carina Deleon is responsible for financial reporting, analysis, and special projects.

Deleon has held senior roles in business development and financial management across the public, private and nonprofit sectors. Before joining CCF, she spent more than a decade as a business development consultant for the Diocese of Stockton, where she provided direction and guidance in the areas of fiscal management, operations, alumni relations, fundraising activities, and marketing efforts. Deleon also worked as the controller for the Levi Strauss Foundation and as the senior financial and administrative manager for the U.S. & worldwide community affairs division of Levi Strauss and Company in San Francisco. In this capacity, she oversaw the foundation’s grantmaking activities, managed employee community service programs, and implemented the annual and strategic budgeting processes.

Deleon holds an MBA from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business in New York and a B.S. in business administration from the University of the Philippines.
