Jonathan Offersen

Jonathan Offersen has extensive experience in leadership and strategic planning within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Direktør at The Call Company A/S since April 2014, Jonathan is responsible for overall strategy, management of the leadership team, and sales operations. Jonathan's prior roles at the same company include Chef for HR og Produktionen, HR Chef, and Afdelingsleder, where responsibilities included team leadership, HR management, strategic planning, and ensuring departmental well-being and financial goals. In addition to directorial responsibilities, Jonathan has served as a Mentor at LEAD THE TALENT and a Board Member at The Education Company ApS. Jonathan's early career includes positions in project management, sales leadership, coaching, and customer service. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management from Business Academy Aarhus and has pursued additional studies in sales, marketing, and economics.
