Natalie Schaefer

Natalie Schaefer is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, project management, and event coordination. As the Owner/Operator and Private Event Manager at The Camino, a Mexican kitchen and agave bar in downtown Missoula, Montana, since October 2019, Natalie has honed expertise in managing private events. Previously, roles included Senior Project Manager and Operations & Account Coordinator at Newfangled from January 2021 to December 2024, and Director of Creator Partnerships at VidCon between September 2016 and January 2020. Additional experience encompasses project management at Magnolia in late 2024, along with earlier positions in marketing and accounting at First Security Bank of Missoula and as an Executive Assistant at Performance Trust Capital Partners. Natalie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from Truman State University, graduating in 2008.
