Steven Robins

Steven Robins currently serves as the Head of Strategy at The Canada Infrastructure Bank, a position held since 2020. Prior to this, Steven was the Commercial Lead for Project Delivery at Infrastructure Ontario, where responsibilities included commercial leadership on the new subway transit plan for the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. Experience at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager involved managing public sector projects, while previous roles included an Advisor position at New Zealand Treasury focusing on social housing reform. Additionally, Steven has experience in government strategy and public-private partnership delivery at Infrastructure Ontario. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MPP from Harvard Kennedy School, and an HBA from Western University’s Richard Ivey School of Business.
