Sean Grindal

Sean Grindal is a seasoned entrepreneur and developer currently serving as the Founder of Deco since September 2022, where collaboration with institutions and startups focuses on establishing enduring identities. As a 2023 Fellow at The Cansbridge Fellowship, Sean is experiencing a summer in Asia with a prestigious group of top university students selected from Canada. Co-founding Innoco, Sean facilitates member meetups featuring notable figures such as Vitalik Buterin and conducts workshops with various partners. Previous experiences include a role as Resident Founder at launch house, Founding Engineer at Nya Labs during its Y-Combinator stint, Lead Developer at ANOA, and Web Application Developer at Motiv. Sean is currently pursuing education at the University of Toronto, expected to graduate in May 2025.
