Previously, Kate was the Head of People Operations at Saalt, a B Corp focused on addressing period poverty, where responsibilities included onboarding and team building. Kate's career began as the Owner and Project Manager at Adapt, emphasizing strategic partnerships and organizational goals. Kate holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Boise State University and attended Southwestern Oregon Community College.
