Paul Hodges

Paul Hodges is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst and Team Lead at the Caravan and Motorhome Club since September 2021, Paul previously held the position of Digital Business Analyst at Westminster City Council from October 2019 to September 2021, and worked as a Business Analyst at Tandridge District Council from July 2017 to October 2019. With a strong educational background from the University of Essex, including a Bachelor of Arts with Honours and a Foundation Degree with Distinction in Business and Management, Paul possesses expertise in process and service redesign, workshop facilitation, business process mapping, requirements gathering, user training, user acceptance testing, and IT project management.
