Peter Staniland

Peter Staniland has extensive experience in site management within the construction and housing sectors, currently serving as Site Manager for both the Caravan and Motorhome Club and Sanctuary Housing Association since March 2018 and August 2016, respectively. At Sanctuary Housing Association, Peter manages the Old Arbourthorne Hotel Site, the first project as a Principal Contractor for the organization in the North East. With a solid background as Clerk of Works at Sanctuary Group and prior roles in technical recruitment and site management across various companies, including Insite International and Dutton International, Peter has developed a comprehensive understanding of the industry. Education was completed at Westfield Comprehensive between 1974 and 1978.
