Rob Riley

Rob Riley is an experienced Business Analyst and Change Manager currently serving at Caravan and Motorhome Club since June 2018. In this role, Rob has led the refinement of requirements for a new reservation system and managed the implementation of Gmail and Google Calendar to improve communication processes. Previously, Rob held the position of Head of Applications at Optivo, overseeing corporate IT applications for over 1000 employees. With a strong background in project management and analysis, Rob has contributed to significant organizational improvements and system implementations across various roles, including Head of PMO & BA at Viridian Housing. Rob holds a BSc in Geophysics from the University of Leicester.
