Heather Anne Ritchie

Heather Anne Ritchie is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategy, business development, and marketing across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at DBOS, Inc. since September 2024, Heather focuses on operational strategies for growth and partnerships. As a Partner at The Carbon Group, Heather provides entrepreneurial support for startups while leading strategic initiatives as Vice President of Strategy at Embr Labs from June to August 2024. Previously, Heather held senior leadership roles at StealthTest and Jambb, driving key growth strategies and brand development. As Co-Founder of Repable and Onboardly, Heather was instrumental in securing venture capital and building public relations frameworks for startups. Heather began their career with roles in communications and account management, holding a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Information Systems from St. Francis Xavier University.
