Claire Stevenson is an accomplished compliance and data protection professional with extensive experience in leading information governance programs across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Compliance and Data Protection Officer at The Careers & Enterprise Company, Claire has successfully established a Data Ethics Group and implemented streamlined compliance processes. Previously, Claire held key roles at the MS Society, where Claire developed the charity's first information governance program, and at Lancaster University, where Claire led initiatives for data protection and compliance across multiple domains. Claire began career with Jisc and has a solid educational background, holding degrees in Marketing, Law, and Archives, Information and Records Management from esteemed institutions.
