Erika Silk

Erika Silk has a diverse and extensive work experience. Erika started their career in 2003 as an Office Manager & Executive Assistant at Friedmand Billings Ramsey (FBR). After that, they worked at RAININ Instrument LLC as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and COO in 2006. From 2007 to 2011, Erika served as the Director of Admissions, K-8 and Financial Aid Coordinator at Bentley School. Their role at Bentley School was followed by their current position as the Executive Assistant to the Head of School and Assistant Head of School at The Carey School since 2011. Additionally, Erika also holds the role of Director Of Operations at The Carey School, starting in 2022.

Erika Silk pursued their higher education with a focus on education and criminal justice. From the years 2013 to 2015, they attended Holy Names University, where they obtained a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree with a specialization in Educational Therapy. Prior to that, they studied at California State University-Sacramento from 1998 to 2000 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections. Additionally, they obtained a certification in COVID-19 Contact Tracing from Coursera Course Certificates in June 2020.
