Kellie Downey

Kellie Downey has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Kellie most recently worked as a Human Resources Director at The CARIAN Group, starting in 2023. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at various companies, including NASCO/BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD and ACA GLOBAL, from 2020 to 2023. At these companies, they were responsible for creating and implementing job architecture infrastructure, solving organizational challenges, and driving performance management and compensation processes. Prior to their consulting roles, Kellie worked as a Human Resources Manager at Deloitte from 2007 to 2020, where they provided HR support in areas such as employee relations, career development, diversity and inclusion, and compensation management. Kellie also worked as a Corporate Human Resources Manager at Armstrong World Industries from 2002 to 2007, where they provided leadership in HR services and supported key objectives of various client groups.

Kellie Downey completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. Kellie attended the university from 1992 to 1997. Later, they pursued their Master of Arts degree in Organizational Development at Temple University. Kellie'sstudies at Temple University occurred from 1998 to 2002.
