Danie Levy

Danie Levy is an accomplished talent advisor with a diverse background in human capital and organizational performance. Currently serving as an Independent Talent Advisor and Principal at The Carlyle Group since March 2019, Danie focuses on human capital due diligence, management team construction, and aligning talent with organizational value. Additionally, Danie is engaged as a Private Equity Leadership and Talent Advisor at DDL Advisory LLC since November 2023. Previous experience includes a role as Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group from September 2016 to March 2019, Vice President in the Executive Office at Goldman Sachs from May 2009 to August 2016, and a position within the Collaborative User Experience Research Group at IBM from September 2008 to April 2009. Danie holds an MBA in Strategy and Leadership & Change Management from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in Child Development from Tufts University.
