Henry Gadsden

Henry Gadsden is an experienced finance professional with a focus on infrastructure and renewable energy investment. Currently serving as Vice President at The Carlyle Group since August 2021, Henry previously worked as an Associate in Infrastructure and Power Finance at Nomura from January 2019 to July 2021. Prior experience also includes roles as an Analyst in Public Finance at UBS from August 2015 to December 2018, and a Summer Analyst in Structured Products during the Graduate Talent Program at UBS in June to August 2014. Henry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Economics from Bucknell University, graduating in 2015.
