Jessica Berg

Jessica Berg is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in various HR roles at The Carlyle Group, including Vice President and Head of HR for EMEA, since November 2011. Prior to this, Jessica held positions at Natixis as HR Officer and HR Assistant from 2006 to 2011, and also contributed as an Assistant Language Teacher for the JET Programme from July 2005 to July 2006. Jessica's career began at the Inland Revenue Department as an HR Administrator in 2004. Academically, Jessica holds an Honours degree in Management from Victoria University of Wellington and dual Bachelor's degrees in Commerce (Human Resources, Marketing) and Arts (Japanese) from the University of Canterbury.
