Luca Zacchetti

Luca Zacchetti is an Operating Executive to the Carlyle Europe Partners team. He is focused on the aerospace and defence, oil & gas and industrial, and automotive sectors. Mr. Zacchetti has broad experience with B2B businesses with complex technology and supply chains. He is based in Milan.

Previously, Mr. Zacchetti was CEO at Tecnoforge Group, a Carlyle portfolio company and a worldwide leading maufacturer of components for the oil & gas industry; at Avio, a former Carlyle portfolio company and worldwide leading engineer and manufacturer of critical components for aero engines; at Rhiag Group, a pan-European leading distributor of automotive aftermarket parts; and at Forgital Group, a Carlyle portfolio company and worldwide leading component manufacturer for aero engines and industrial applications.

Mr. Zaccetti serves on the Strategic Committee of Forgital Group. He also serves as non-executive director of several other B2B businesses.

Mr. Zacchetti holds a business administration degree from the University of Pavia with a dissertation on the application of econometric models in the economic theory of Franco Modigliani.
